Other locksmiths I called said they would charge twice as much as the estimate he gave me WHETHER THEY COULD FIX IT OR NOT! Andy, on the other hand, gave me his guarantee! My car key snapped off in my ignition, and Andy politely stayed for over an hour working patiently to remove the broken key. "Totally good guy. He was flexible to my schedule and was able to get in and make keys for the ignition and door locks for my older rare car. Other locksmiths I called said they wouldn't be able to do the ignition. He even put some oil in my locks to help keep them in good shape. Would recommend in a second.
