"Andy is a dependable locksmith and an honest businessman. He won't charge you if he can't fix your problem! Other locksmiths I called said they would charge twice as much as the estimate he gave me WHETHER THEY COULD FIX IT OR NOT! Andy, on the other hand, gave me his guarantee! My car key snapped off in my ignition, and Andy politely stayed for over an hour working patiently to remove the broken key. He saved me hundreds of dollars that it would have cost to replace the ignition! He's the best around, and he has the most reasonable rates! Highly recommended."

"I would definitely recommend calling Andy if you need a locksmith. I'd lost the keys to my old bike lock, which was attached to my bike rendering it useless, so I called up Advantage Mobile Locksmiths. Andy came by my place and quickly helped me free my bike. I thought his rate was rather cheap (almost half of what a much larger competitor quoted me) and he was a real nice guy, too. He even managed to save the cable part of the lock so I can at least re-use that part.

He even came out and re-keyed a lock free-of-charge after we took his advice to create a separately keyed lock for one door. Again, his suggestions were extraordinarily helpful to a new local nonprofit business with very little cash (and very little knowledge about the kinds of locks we needed)! He is very accommodating, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and inexpensive. I only wish I could get that kind of customer service from everyone else!

"As good as it gets locksmith experience! Andy arrived promptly, changed the lock on my storage unit (after the key was accidentally thrown away...woops) quickly, and charged a good rate. He's super-friendly to-boot!

"I had a silly problem with my mailbox, but Andy was prompt and patient. I called because I thought there was something wrong with my mailbox key. He came within 20 minutes to help me out. It turned out I had to push my key VERY hard because there was mail overflow pushing the door, and stiffening the lock pins. Even though he didn't have to do much to help me, he offered to come back for NO CHARGE if a problem with my mailbox resurfaced. Thank you Andy!

"Andy (who also works for Ballard Lock and Key and Davern) came to my rescue, picked the lock to my apt. in less than 5 minutes and double-checked his work to make sure the archaic lock still worked properly post-picking. He showed up quickly on a busy Sunday after I was almost swindled by a company who advertised online and quoted 30$, then showed up and told me they needed to drill the lock (it wasn't a deadbolt and he didn't even try to pick the lock, let alone appear to have any picking tools) and said it would be 150 bucks, plus the door lock would be destroyed and need to be replaced. When I said no way (!!!!), they still tried to charge me for a "service call". No way again. Thanks to Andy! Don't believe these guys and their "cheap deal" for a second! Instead, pay a fair price to have a local professional come over quickly and save you from your blundered, locked-out, and if you are like me-hungry situation.
